Once us bartenders got back rereading the original cocktail books, you’d quickly start to see some delightful forgotten classics show up on menus all around the world. Exciting new ingredients were soon crossed with old methods to create a new age of delicious cocktails. We then started to loosen up a bit and asked – why shouldn’t a drink be fun? With this flip we get a little out there and the results are a wonderfully dynamic assault on the palette.
