Oppenheimer’s Regret

1940s – The Golden Age of Hollywood

Sweet  /  Delicate  /  Spirit-Driven

The name derives from the Manhattan Project and the eventual regret felt after it was all said and done (possibly the feeling after one too many drinks on a weekday?). In this Manhattan style drink we have reversed the ratios in order to make something more accessible and – perhaps – less regrettable. The ingredients perfectly compliment each other while some contrasting elements do surprise. This is a drink for the whisk(e)y lover but also a great gateway drink for anyone easing onto the mighty grain.

  • Johnnie Walker Black
  • House Blend Coffee Vermouth
  • Dried Apricot Tincture
