This 1806 favourite is credited to a home grown Melbourne boy who went to Milk & Honey, New York and showed them how it’s done. At first glance the combination of ingredients is nothing we haven’t seen before. Some fine whisky, warm ginger, sweet honey and lemon – heat it up and you have the perfect hot toddy. The genius is in perfecting the ratio of ingredients and simply serving it shaken and poured over ice. If you love whisky – add this to your go-to list.
