Created by Duncan Nicol at the Bank Exchange Bar in San Fransisco. The punch was so potent that one writer said “it tastes like lemonade but comes back with the kick of a roped steer. The drink virtually disappeared during Prohibition and Duncan Nicol died soon after, supposedly taking the exact recipe to his grave.
